REDEVELOPMENT

The project will consist of 116 units comprised of 56 One Bedroom Units and 60 Two Bedroom Units. Ninety-Four Ten will serve the community as a step-up in housing tenure from currently available units at the lower end of the income range in the Hough neighborhood. The incomes served at the project range from $32,000 to $37,000. 

Community Benefits and services include access to employment both on the project and with private employers in the City of Cleveland. In addition to immediate employment, residents of the neighborhood will be connected to education, training, health care and social services. By providing access to health care on-site, we believe that we can support health stability and therefore work stability. Work reliability for many from underserved and marginalized communities is directly related to one’s health. Our team makes health care accessible in a comfortable setting as a preventative measure that will support ongoing economic empowerment activities.

It is the development team’s intent to provide the Hough Community with the opportunity to substantially benefit from the public investment in the redevelopment of this property.
