Project Community Capital® (PCC) is an economic empowerment platform that connects people in underserved communities with jobs by leveraging social capital. PCC bridges the social capital of employment decision-makers of companies with individuals in low-income communities. PCC ensures that subcontractors who have socio-economic goals can meet their requirements by connecting them with individuals who are “Ready-To-Work.”

PCC is a non-traditional means to connect people to employment. We do community outreach, find underserved and underestimated individuals who have #RTA (Reliability, Trustworthiness, and Ambition), and work with our social network to find these individuals long term employment, providing the opportunity for them to build their own social network, to buy a car, to find a house, and to build their future. 

1. Outreach: PCC performs outreach through social media and in communities to find those Ready-To-Work candidates.

2. Vet: PCC interviews and thoroughly vets candidates in order to ensure success in whatever position they may obtain.

3. Connect: PCC connects those ready-to-work candidates with employers, government agencies, corporations and more.

4. Refer: PCC doesn't leave those not ready-to-work candidates hanging, they are referred to not profit partners that can aid in augmenting job performance.
