Check out our community impact and our plans for engaging the community and their needs.
The Ninety-Four Ten Hough Development team recognizes that greater inclusion of residents and minority, women, and disadvantaged-owned businesses (herein collectively referred to as M/W/DBE) and contractors in the redevelopment process is needed to effect long-term change in a community. Beyond bricks and mortar, redevelopment plans must also create opportunities for all residents to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to their individual and community growth. They should also enhance the appeal of prospective residents who have the economic ability to make choices about where they live. Plans should include growth strategies that are tailored to build on the assets of the area and aim to diminish individual or structural challenges to social and economic mobility faced by residents and businesses in the community.
Project Community Capital® has been a vehicle of innovation and access to opportunity for 10 years. PCC’s mission is to ensure that both residents and businesses have access to the economic opportunity created by real estate projects and ongoing opportunities after the project is complete.
